GLOSSARY OF TERMS
BENEFICIARY means a person
designated by a participant, or by this Plan if there is no effective
designation, to receive benefits payable under this Plan in the
event of the participant's death.
CODE means the Internal
Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
COMPENSATION is defined
as performance-based cash compensation.
EMPLOYEE means any common
law employee of the employer who receives remuneration for personal
services rendered to the employer, and any "leased employee"
as defined in Code § 414 (n)(2).
PLAN YEAR means the twelve
month period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.
TRUST FUND means the assets
of the trust established and maintained according to the provisions
of this Plan.
TRUSTEE means any individual,
life insurance company, bank or trust company or a combination
of the foregoing, which the employer has designated to manage
and invest the assets of the Plan.
